Really good Service and Location
excellent breakfast perfect air conditioning excellent location
I stayed for 4 nights and found the breakfast excellent. Air conditioning in the room worked perfectly, a very important feature. The location was excellent. I could easily walk to many places.

The rooftop bar offered a space for relaxation, though cushions were not always available on the chairs. A fitness center was also available, providing options for exercise . The rooms include a sauna.

Staff members communicated well in English. They helped carry luggage from a different location. A staff member named Roses provided accommodating service at the front office, assisting with directions and recommendations.

The hotel is in the heart of the city. This is very convenient. Shops, cafes, and night markets were all within a short walk. The location made it easy to explore many attractions.

open windows insect attraction
the rooftop bar provided a nice view of the street activity.
i found a few issues that bothered me . the hallway windows remained open, allowing mosquitoes inside. there was also no ashtray provided in the room. controlling the balcony light was impossible and this attracted even more insects.

food selection helpful guidance water bottle sugar packet
i appreciated the breakfast. the food selection had a variety of options, including both local and western dishes. the hotel staff, particularly kevin, offered helpful guidance about the area.
the room was not adequately prepared upon arrival. there was only one bottle of water available. also, only one coffee and one sugar packet were provided and no milk or normal tea were available.
